Furniture is not a parcel. Our own delivery team brings it, carries it in, assembles it and does the final check with you, the same way we would want it done in our own homes.
Step 1
Choose your furniture in the showroom, on WhatsApp or online. We confirm items, sizes and colours with you before anything moves.
Step 2
Our team contacts you to fix a date and time window that suits your household, including lift bookings for apartments.
Step 3
Your furniture arrives on our own truck, handled by the same team that will install it. No third-party courier surprises.
Step 4
We assemble, position and level every piece, clear the packaging, and only leave after you have checked everything together with us.
Delivery is charged per trip, not per item — one order is one trip.
