At home,

Yes. Finotti Membership is free to join, with no annual fee. You can manage your data and notification preferences at any time.

Your tier is based on your net completed purchases within a rolling 24-month period — not a calendar year — so a slower year won't reset your standing.

Only completed and paid orders count. Orders that are cancelled, unpaid or still in checkout are not included.

Yes. Refunded or returned amounts are deducted from your qualifying spend, which may affect your tier progress.

Your tier updates once an order is completed and paid. Upgrades apply immediately and you'll be notified of your new benefits.

You keep your tier through a 3-month grace period, with a reminder 30 days before any change. Benefits already applied to past orders are always honoured.

Delivery and installation perks apply to selected areas and products, and may vary by promotion. Your dashboard shows what's available to you.

Birthday rewards are valid through your birthday month. The exact expiry is always shown on each voucher.

No — they are two different things. Membership is free and always will be: points, tiers, saved lists, orders and warranties. A Home Care Plan is a paid annual package of real home services, such as sofa cleaning, mattress sanitising and a yearly home check, each with a set number of uses.

No. The plan covers the furniture already in your home, whether or not you bought it from us. We'll tell you upfront if a piece falls outside what a standard service can cover.

Unused services expire at the end of your membership year and are not carried forward — that's what keeps the appointment slots available for everyone. We send a reminder before your plan year ends so nothing goes to waste.

Yes. You can move up to a higher plan at any time and pay only the difference, based on the services you've already used. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Services are provided within our supported service areas around Kluang. Outside that range we can usually still come, with a transport fee agreed before booking. Message us with your address and we'll confirm before you pay for anything.
