Outstation delivery and booking confirmation

• Outstation deliveries are grouped by route. Review and pay after our team confirms the estimated dates and full cost.

• New orders using this confirmation flow collect no payment and confirm no booking on submission. The order page states the estimated date or range, full costs and deposit. Payment opens after the customer accepts the same version of arrangements and deposit conditions. Priority delivery requires the team to confirm availability and its surcharge; requesting it does not guarantee priority.

• The agreed deposit is non-refundable for voluntary cancellation only after you accept the dates and costs, pay the deposit, and our team confirms the actual booking. Our failure to fulfil and statutory refund rights remain protected.

• For this flow, this section determines when a deposit deduction applies; submission or deposit payment alone does not trigger it. Contact the team to cancel; payments above the lawfully deductible agreed deposit remain subject to the refund policy. “Locked” describes the cancellation condition, not a freeze of bank-card funds. New conditions do not apply retrospectively to existing orders.

Your order and these terms

• Review the goods, quantities, address, delivery and installation charges, payment choice and total before submitting. You can go back and correct them. These terms, the returns policy, product description and your confirmed order describe the purchase. Order receipt is not proof of payment or confirmation of a delivery date.

• Checkout requires a separate acceptance of the purchase terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. The version, language and server receipt time are retained with the order. Optional analytics permission is separate.

• These terms do not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable Malaysian consumer law. Contact us if an item, charge or fulfilment detail is incorrect.

Who you are buying from

• Poh Tak Furniture Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 199401023605), trading as Finotti Furniture Mall, 218 Jalan Mersing, 86000 Kluang, Johor, Malaysia.

• The showroom in Kluang and this website are the same shop, with the same stock and the same team.

Prices and charges

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The server checks product prices and availability. If the payable total changes, you must review it before online payment proceeds.

• The order summary separates goods, delivery, installation and applicable discounts. Delivery is estimated from the address and access details. An unconfirmed delivery fee is not free delivery: a full quote must be accepted before payment.

• Goods are charged at the displayed price. This storefront does not add a separate furniture tax or payment-channel fee at checkout. Applicable delivery, handling and installation charges are listed separately; review the confirmed order total before payment. Charges imposed independently by your bank or card issuer follow its own rules. This price statement does not declare all furniture or services exempt from SST.

Delivery and service arrangements

• Online delivery address selection currently covers Malaysia. Orders outside supported areas or with uncertain access need a manual quote. No international delivery or export service is promised by checkout.

• The fee table below is an estimate subject to address, quantity and access checks. Stair handling and installation are shown where applicable; special access requires confirmation before payment.

• For ready-stock goods, once payment is confirmed, our sales team contacts you to agree the delivery date and installation arrangements. This applies to Kluang and out-of-town deliveries; the final date follows the arrangement confirmed with you, rather than a fixed number of days after payment. If you need delivery by a particular date, confirm with the team before payment.

Carrying up stairs where there is no lift: floors up to 2 are included, and each level above that is RM 50 per item. The cart and checkout ask about floors and lift access, and include applicable stair charges in the delivery estimate. Special or uncertain access requires a full quote that you accept before payment.

Installation

• Professional installation is optional and charged per item.

• Not every item is installed by us. Installation is chosen on the item, and what you chose is listed in your order summary before you pay.

Payment and deposits

• Only the methods currently enabled at checkout are available for online payment. Availability of FPX, cards and wallets depends on activation by the payment provider. A logo or a method mentioned elsewhere is not confirmation that it is enabled.

• Online payment redirects to the payment provider’s hosted page. Card details and bank credentials are entered there. An order is marked paid only after server verification; returning from a payment page alone does not prove success. Offline arrangements remain unpaid until verified.

• If you choose to cancel an order before delivery, the deposit agreed before ordering is non-refundable. This applies to voluntary customer cancellation, not to a statutory refund or our failure to fulfil the agreed order. Contact us with the order number before dispatch to request cancellation.

Order access and assistance

• Orders created while signed in can be attached to your verified account. Guest orders use an order number and access code. Keep those codes private.

• Review orders in “My orders”. To correct, cancel, report a payment issue or request after-sales help, contact the team with the order number and relevant details. Never publish the access code.

Reviews you leave

• One review per order, and it is published with a shortened name — first name plus the initial of the second.

• A review cannot be changed after it is submitted. Message us and a person will sort it out.
