1. Confirm the scope

   Share your address, furniture size, material and condition. Our team checks coverage, extra charges and scheduling before arranging a visit.

2. Care for each item

   Dry mattress care follows pre-checks, an actual dust test, care work, result recording and customer acceptance. Sofas and other services follow their own scope.

3. Keep a service record

   The team retains actual service records and redeems completed entitlements. Dust-test photos are not proof of mite removal, sterilisation or medical benefits.

Basic includes one mattress-care session, not a discount voucher. Online plans run for one year from payment confirmation; showroom plans follow the dates on your record. Apply seven days ahead where possible. Your requested date is subject to team confirmation. Area, size, material and additional charges are checked first; stain removal is not guaranteed. Delivery vouchers, birthday vouchers and scheduling priority require an order-use request; they do not create a home visit or an automatic discount.
